The stay in this hotel was a real pleasure! First of all the hotel’s location and facilities are a huge plus for everyone. It’s literally in the heart of the city. Last but not least, the staff of the hotel made my stay way much easier than in any other hotel I have stayed before. The guys from reception were here to help me in every possible way. Also, the cleaning ladies were polite and helpful too. I loved the gym and the spa and also the breakfast with a view was a really great experience! Looking forward to my next visit!!

The hotel was exceptionally pleasant and well-maintained. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and we enjoyed restful sleep throughout the night. The lobby bar provided a delightful setting for a relaxing drink. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. We cherished our time at the hotel and only wished we could have extended our stay.

The hotel has excellent facilities. Nice and spacious room with a large bed. Everything was super clean and tidy. The entire hotel looks brand new. The view from the breakfast area is amazing - the Millennium Cross in the top of Vodno mountain can be seen from the balcony. Good variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely return to this hotel. Good value for money.

This hotel was so nice, it really surprised me! First of all it is in perfect location. Osten Art hotel is between the Spain Embassy and the Swedish Embassy, so this really makes you feel safe, place is also surprisingly quiet, given it is so close to the central square. Rooms are very nicely decorated and super clean, very friendly staff. Superb!
