The room was clean and very big. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Towels are clean and white. There are a fridge, a cattle and a safe. The room had a balcony. The hotel has a free private underground parking. Breakfast was great, diversity of food. Indoor pool was awesome, very clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful.

i was here 2nd time. the hotel and staff are great. the room is a big, comfortable and clear. Near the hotel are supermarket, bars and restaurants. i had need a few minutes to go to sea and walking zone near sea, and Buzibba bus station. hotel has a good gym, wifi and bar/restoran. I think I choose this hotel again next my visit to Malta

Proof that staff are the most important thing!!! Hotels differ from each other and most of the times capacity and additional services are described. But, this hotel has staff! Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception, maids, bar, restaurant, etc. Wherever and whenever you need service, advice, or help, there is a friendly staff here who is ready to help you immediately. I could list names, but I would leave some out - so thank you to the maids, receptionists, bartenders, waiters, chefs, because you are the soul of this hotel! You made our vacation unforgettable - and we will be back!
