Franco is a fantastic host. I encountered some issues with my booking, but he went above and beyond to help me, ensuring I didn’t have to spend the night outside. The room was wonderful—spotlessly clean, and I was especially impressed with the private bathroom. A big thank you for the thoughtful touch of providing water! All the instructions, from how to reach the location to finding the keys and accessing the apartment, were laid out with great care and detail. I’m incredibly grateful for such warm hospitality!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! We were greeted with outstanding hospitality, especially by Supriya, Konstiantin, and Mattias - who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. The hotel itself is brand new, clean and well kept. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are modern. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with high-quality food and a variety of options. The club lounge was a comfortable space to unwind with drinks and snacks. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was so fresh and wonderful. We really enjoyed the stay! Personnel is so positive and professional, super thanks to Tharesh who was so helpful at our arrival even thoguh it was in the middle of the night, giving local suggestions and answering all questions. Definitely a place where to return!

A very beautiful historic city.

A very beautiful historic city. Friendly people, everyone speaks English, which makes it easy to travel. The old town is restricted to residents only, and very pleasant to explore on foot. A really nice city for locals and a bit of swimming (I was there in April, so swimming wasn't really an option then), but I will have very fond memories of Valletta and will definitely come back.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities was appalling; there was only one set of towels for two people for four nights, dust and dirt everywhere, worn and stiff sheets that didn't smell good. The bathroom lighting was poor, the single-lever tap was broken, and the shower didn't work, only the hose.

Very nice and helpful people live in this city.

Very nice and helpful people live in this city. We asked a shop for help in ordering a taxi to Valletta, and the person working there helped us. We arrived on Malta's national holiday, September 8th, and buses run less frequently on that day.
