Staff was very helpful and always there if you needed anything. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. Clean room close to the Bikini beach, nice house reef for snorkeling. Breakfast was ok, some days better than others. We found several good restaurants on the island.

Let’s start with the welcoming - you will be picked up at the ferry and will not have to carry lugage through the sand streets which is quite comfortable. Although it is a bit further from the bikini beach than some other places, it is very close to the local beach, a great restaurant and local shops. However, it is not about the accomodation, but about the people there. Amir will help you with everything and anytime. Mohammed would explain you everything about coconuts and even open one for you! We talked with these guys and understood a bit the Maldivian culture and living. And the room? AC works like a charm, bathroom is nice and clean, you will get beach towels, water is available for free and overall the vibe of the place is very cool! We would definitely come back one day if we can make it.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely time. The staff is so pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, the food is simple but delicious. They offer a lot of excursions. We are very satisfied with everything. Thank you, Ameen, Alu and kitchen’s staff!

The resort is a short 20 minutes flight from Male (assuming no intermediate stops). The island has been a resort for 40 years, but it was renovated recently and everything is new. The crew is very cheerful, our relation manager Maoly went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The island is small and easy to cross if you live in beach villas. Our jacuzzi villa had spacious bedroom and shower outside, everything was meticulously cleaned daily. Snorkeling is pleasant, you may meet rays, reef sharks, eels amd even turtles at the hluse reef (male sure to check tides schedule as at low tide it will be too shallow). Buffet restaurant is nice, breakfast is mostly the same everyday, but dinners change. We also liked Raalhu restaurant as it brought some welcome change from the buffet. There is Thundi bar next to the sand bank with tasty snacks, refreshing drinks and sunset view. We did not take many adventure trips only a local island visit and dolphin cruise. You may fancy visiting local island if you consider a less luxurious and more adventerous trip to maldives in the future. Dolphin cruise is very exciting as you have a good chance to meet them. The island also has a very relaxing SPA which we enjoyed and a gym if you preffer it over swimming. Overall service felt very mature and well thought through. If you travel with small children it may not be a place for you as there are no dedicated playgrounds for them.

Beautiful island , amazing Sea life we saw an abundance of fish ,sharks , a beautiful turtle and a group of eagle rays all from Snorkelling off the jetty.. food is fabulous the dining room Haruge overlooks the sea there are other restaurant choices we ate in reef and it was delicious . We had a lovely room just steps from the beach . A point to note the top part of the island has a more modern feel while the area around the main reception is more Maldivian .. both are charming in their own way and may be something to bear in mind when booking rooms
