The whole property was amazing and inside the jungle. It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

Great location. 10 minute walk across pedestrian Bridge to beach. In town (pueblo) with many local inexpensive restaurants and taquerias. Great restaurant beneath the hotel with good food . Lots of convenience stores closeby.Clean, no frills hotel. Has smart tv and wifi. Big shower. Great air conditioning. Great value for the money. Friendly staff. Great communication with the host. We would stay here again. Gabriel is a great manager and great guy. You can swim with the turtles at Akumal beach (over the bridge). If you prefer to take a taxi it is 100 pesos and ask them to drop you off across the bridge at Loh ha restaurant and walk through that restaurant to beach. (Food is good there too). Very beautiful beach. Quiet town (pueblo). We enjoyed our stay.

I loved staying in the jungle and in an eco friendly environment. Everything was great and being away from the usual tours traffic was a bonus . The food in the restaurant was very good and the services offered were excellent. We did a monkey Santuary tour with Ceasa and it was above and beyond . Informative and interactive . Swimmming in the cenotes was also fabulous .
