Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is very close to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site and the Tren Maya station. The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.

The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....

Considering the price of the hotel, it surprised us in any meaning. Good location to make a stop, pools, good restaurant, decent room. For that kind of money would never expect such a good place. Yes it need some work here and there, but again, for that money there is nothing bad at all to say.

What a great place. Room, personel, location and food were excellent. Also, Jose (the recepcionist) was a great advisor for the following day to visit Chichen Itza. Gave us great recommendations.

We loved everything! First of all Luis is a very friendly person who cares about his guests. He met us at night when we arrived at the place. He gave us advice about a lot of interesting places nearby to visit! Breakfast!!! It was really amazing! Also, in the morning you can hear a lot of different pleasant sounds of different animals/birds! Definitely recommend! If we will be in Chicken Itza again - we definitely prefer to stay here.
