The property was super well decorated and clean! The location is also perfect, very central. Fabri was an amazing host, making sure everything was perfect for us, organising us a nice tour to Tulum and also providing all the best tips and sharing all the best restaurants! We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Auberge Resorts are always a unique and special experience. First of all, this property is *stunning*. Every detail was selected with care. When it’s sunny out, you’re in paradise. The cenote in the spa is fabulous. There are tons of amenities. The bed is extremely comfortable. My room faced the Caribbean. However, the crown jewel at Etéreo is easily Miguel Baltazar and Itzam. The food at this property is astoundingly good, and the value proposition is actually decent for what you’re getting. I am still thinking about the tres leches pancakes, the ice cream from the Christmas Eve dinner, the tortillas, the beef… just all of the food. I also really like the room key, a bracelet that says “live in the present.” They let you keep it!

Amazing location! Less than a ten minute walk to the beach, but far away enough that you are away from the tourist trap. Tons of local restaurants and street food. Three major stores to suffice all your needs. Collectivo stop. Just perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had every amenity you could need. Helpful and wonderful staff.
