The staff was exceptional, they helped us right from the start and showed us to our room. They even made us an early breakfast as we had to leave at 7am. There are a lot of plants outside, which we loved. The room is clean and well equipped and we liked the fact that cups and glasses were sealed with wrap. Location is just great.

Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

Beautifully placed in a charming Maya village with a lush garden and a fantastic pool close to all relevant sites (Chizen Itza, Ek Balam, various Cenotes). Very friendly hosts and extremely clean. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The gardens, pool and outdoor rooms were a wonderful respite from exploring the town. The shared kitchen was spotless and well equipped and was a great space to meet like-minded travellers.
