Love everything about it as I always stay here to rest and energize before my long flight. As a Malaysian local, I must say that the hotel staff treat Malaysians and foreigners the same unlike some other places where the staff only treat foreigners better and look up to them highly than locals for whatever reasons that I can't understand.

The family room was absolutely fantastic. It's something we love. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and the breakfast was fantastic. TV channels that are exciting. We had no problem with the air conditioning. The location of the hotel was what we expected. Would stay here in the near future. Would recommend it.

We booked the Sri Langit due to our flight being delayed and rescheduled twice, All we needed was somewhere with a bed and shower facilities etc to rest prior to our early morning departure, The Hotel was amazing, decked out in an Airline and Plane theme and for aviation lovers like us we enjoyed our stay. The Shuttle service was available and great but only thing that let this side down was we were dropped at the wrong terminal, we didn't realise until we went inside the terminal and being early hours of the morning the interlink express wasn't running so we had to catch a very expensive taxi, but in saying this i should have checked prior to getting out, we had passed on all the info the night before and just naturally thought he knew which terminal to take us.

I did not have high expectations for a hotel airport. However the choice was for practicality due to a layover. All I can say is WOW!!! The hotel was easy to get to, just a few mins walk from the terminal, the smell of the airport when you walk in was so pleasant. The service was the topper, absolutely amazing ! We had zero wait time, extremely professional and quick to check in, and we even booked a breakfast for the next morning even though we were leaving at 5am. The room was good, I chose a basic option for a one night stay and it had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. There’s even a laundry area for you to use. We ate dinner at the airport because there were so many options when we were walking out, we had to go back and try. And when we got back we sat in the lovely courtyard of the hotel for cocktails. Check out the next morning was a breeze and we were glad to have our breakfast (nasi lemak, our choice) and tea which was packed well and waiting for us This hotel surpasses a lot of others you can find in cities, well done to the team for a lovely stay! No wonder they are rated as the best airport hotel in Asia!
