This was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by rainforest, and has a lovely private beach. The water is always warm. The gardens are very well taken care of and the decoration of all the inside spaces is just perfect. There are many wild animals around the gardens (monkeys, lizards, etc), but the room is extremely clean and we never had any intruders. Our room was beautiful, larger than it seems in the photos. The restaurants are a bit expensive compared to the ones outside the hotel, but the price is justified by the excellent quality of the food and the attentive waiters. We felt that in this hotel, the guests are truly taken care of and all the staff makes an effort to provide you the best experience, with small surprises in the room everyday, for example. We also did a rainforest tour organized by the hotel that we enjoyed a lot, and the guide was very knowledgeable.

Such a beautiful place!!! Great for immerse yourself in the nature. The tend is super big, super comfy bed and very clean. Love the outdoor garden area and the tranquility of the river. Randy is a great host, super friendly and he make you feel like home. We love the cats my favorite Alfa, ginger, cute and fatty. Thanks for the great experience we will be back soon.

Outstanding bedroom and bathroom size, plus facilities and local decor, cleanliness and tidy - inside in the room and throughout the resort. Wonderful forest and waterfront feel to the entire resort with openness, clean and winding roads. Staff were amazingly friendly and really looked after us and even gave us a room to clean up, long after we had checked out. The breakfast is amazing (and we have travelled to many places to compare) - it has excellent spacious seating, modern and local decor, and the variety and selection of breakfast is top class with local cultural cuisines and international, plus make your own style egg and paratha omelette. Location is superb - including our room had a wonderful view given by the hotel.... local to Skycab / Skyride / Skybridge / Oriental Village / Tulaga Hujju waterfall and mountain etc etc .... Plus so many great roadside restaurant / eateries along the route to / from the resort plus the coconut water and stalls. Excellent value for money with the offer that the hotel had on booking.com

Amira is such a lovely women, it was my pleasure to spend my time with her and she made my stay in Langkawi so much better...she cares so much, it's unbelievable...her and her husband's customer service is surpassing the best of the best and it's coming from heart, not because they want to please you and take your money....I know where I'm staying next time I go to Langkawi and I'm advising to everyone I meat to go here. ...you have your own room, spacious, your own shower, 2 towels, cleaning on daily basis, location is 8 minutes drive from airport....and owners will help you in every possible way

We had an absolutely amazing stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our experience truly special. The food was fantastic, and the Sky Pool with its breathtaking view of the open sea and surrounding islands was unforgettable. Watching the sunset on the beach was the perfect ending to each day. It was our 2nd time staying at smith house. As usual, all staff were very helpful and nice. We could have actually stayed somewhere else, but hospitality made us come back. They arranged car rental for us upon arrival

Langkawi and the people of langkawi as a whole are just beautiful. The scenery is mesmerising and so much to do. Cenang was a pleasure to visit and felt that everything was close by via my rental car.

You have the cable cars and surrounding area that takes a day to Explore and the crocodile park which is really good. Water falls and beaches. I would recommend staying at least 3 nights at this end of the island and 3 at the opposite end in kuha. Make sure to do the mangrove tour with a private boat haggle price.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The Thai Restaurant was amazing - getting to the Sky Cab was just walking distance, that's worth a visit. I did a Mangrove Tour which was pretty good... I went on my own but a group tour might have been just as good.

Malaysia itself is built on tourism use, I didnt like the fact that you have to pay to use bathrooms specially in touristic areas where you will spend already inside as there is food, shops and activities, and also you have to pay for a bathroom and extra for tissue. which made it a struggle if you walk with no money. most of the adventures are not priced you are given a different price and every tourist is given a different price, and the staff claim they dont know if you ask any question that would make them not profit. overall its a very beautiful city, but it is not a place I would go to again.

Loved being in the rain forest, lovely beach and had such a relaxing time and people are so friendly and helpful. Recommend trips such as Mangrove boat trip. Relatively cheap to eat out as were drinks.

Excellent location. Short walk to sky bridge. Private beach. Three restaurant choices. Friendly monkeys. Good food. Relativelyclean sandy beach. Friendly accommodating staff. Trolleys are always available. You can hear your neughbors at times. Not sure if sea water had jelly fish or not please inform us better each day. Some busy food kiosks like egg bkfst or peak times. Swimming pool is ok but a bit small.

The resort itself - the nature and the privacy of it, is amazing and very relaxing. The staff is a highlight too, they really try to make your stay special. I really appreciated that they let me do early check in and late check out (due to low occupancy), I know other hotels do the same but they like to make fuss about it all, but here is was simple.

Good location for exploring south west beaches - Cenang etc & north. (We had a hire car) Beautiful setting amidst mangroves. Lovely set of huts. Good breakfast choice. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday the day after we arrived and unsolicited the very kind staff arranged a cake and present which they gave to her at breakfast 😀. Lovely little pool

we liked everything about this hotel. the location, the staff, the room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants and the food. The staff was so attentive, caring and responsive. We wish could've stayed more because this place is amazing for reset and refreshing. My 4 years' old son enjoyed watching the monkeys as well.

Excellent hotel, beautifully designed and decorated, very clean. The staff are very attentive. We had 60 minutes body massage at the spa and it was amazing. The breakfast at Strait and the dinners at Terrace were delicious. The Langkawi Skycab is a few minutes away by car. It’s a must-go tourist spot.
