This hotel gave me the best experience of my entire stay in Lagos out of 6 hotel/serviced apartment stays in total. I actually had such a horrible experience at another place and needed somewhere to stay urgently. The Tranquil Oasis hotel was a rare find and I have to say exceeded my experience even from a 5 star hotel. The staff here from the security team to reception to facilities to the kitchen bar and cleaning team, everyone was extremely courteous, great customer service and no ask was too small or too big. The management of this facility should be extremely proud of the team they have here. The hotel itself had all the touches of a boutique European hotel with very modern touches all through. I was almost sad to leave after my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm serene environment in Lagos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I’m going to start this review by showing my appreciation to the staff, they were all very welcoming, approachable, professional, attentive and have 100 parents customer relations, and they were very helpful, a special appreciation for Ezekiel who was always on the go from helping new arriving customers while also attending to our needs, nothing is to much for him, I believe he’s a gem to the White Orchid Hotel. All the staff from the gate staff to the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the housekeepers were all doing a WONDERFUL job! The hotel: The moment I walked into the reception I knew I had picked the best hotel to stay in Lagos, it was beautiful, the decor reeled me in, it gave me a sense of culture in every corner, the atmosphere was calming and quiet, the room was beautiful and matched the vibe I was going for, I love how spacious the bathroom was and how everything you could possibly need was there and so was the bedroom. The restaurant: Oh my, the foods was well presented and was delicious, there was so much to pick from, not only that, they served different foods every single day, it made me look forward to what would be served the next morning, the watermelon and pineapple juice was to die for and the staff paid attention to my likings that they were ready to serve me the juice the next day, I appreciate that. I really had an amazing time at this hotel and it will forever be the hotel I stay anytime I’m in Lagos.

Loved the profusion of beautiful, healthy green plants everywhere and the seriously, exceptional museum-quality contemporary ART! The staff couldn’t have been more thoughtful and attentive! The staff were very professional. I booked this hotel for my aged mother and I also booked a taxi from the hotel to pick her from and to the airport. The staff Daniella went out of her way to make sure my mom's stay was worth it. Very grateful Daniella. Communication between me and the hotel was the best. They made sure everything I needed was in place before my mum arrived. Even the taxi driver, text when my mum was picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Nothing beat that. My mum is still singing about their professionalism and the hotel atmosphere. Their food was homely.
