Our hosts were fabulous! Friendly, accommodating, helpful with anything we asked. Went above and beyond with fresh and nutritious breakfast and offered to make dinner one night. Extra beach towel provided. Called for taxis' when needed. Room was very clean and air conditioned. Shampoo and soap provided. Smelled very clean and inviting! Common areas were inviting and welcoming. Definitely would recommend staying here...Virginia will make you feel welcome and comfortable!!

Exceptional stay! The hosts were super accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (including bike hire, breakfast and taxis). They reside across the lawn, so are nearby if you need anything. Location is good and the room was very spacious and comfy. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't have been more happy with our stay at Jackson's guest house we enjoyed it so much that we canceled another part of a trip and are staying another week here. The Host Lisa and Ricky are amazing. Very accommodating very friendly their staff is also great. Can't wait to come back. As Ricky will say "welcome home"

Everything! We had a little kitchen set up in our room which was well equipped. Lovely gardens to chill in, super peaceful. Close to the good snorkel sites (and the bakery) 2 double beds in our room. Everybody was amazing! We were given a pot of coffee and breakfast in the morning too, a nice surprise.

This a cool place for divers/adventure travelers and others who like to live in a real neighborhood and experience island life as it's really lived. The owner and staff are cool, helpful and care for you. It's not the Four Seasons so if you are bothered by a working style island place, this is not for you. If you like real life, this is for you. Laid back and good vibes us best I can explain. That said, the rooms very clean, AC works beautifully, water is perfect, bed comfortable, electricity reliable, and billion dollar view from you bed even.

Front of the sea with great sunsets, the Italian couple there managing are such characters, the love what they do, and always up for a chat, they spent the time to explain everything when you arrive. Go out of their way to ensure you have a good time.

I was only on the Big Island for an overnight stay.

I was only on the Big Island for an overnight stay. I took a long walk and had dinner at the Sea Breeze Restaurant which was delicious and filling and very affordable. I would have stayed longer, perhaps moving to a different hostel, but the Ferry to Bluefields (the mainland) leaves twice a week (Thurs. And Sunday) and I didn't want to miss it.

Make sure to spend some time at the beach of the west side...

Make sure to spend some time at the beach of the west side of Big Corn Island as well, as we actually liked them better than what we've seen from Little Corn. Little Corn is absolutely great for eating out.

We have been here for 4 nights in total and it has been super nice. The hotel is just in front of a white and beautiful beach. They offer also a cool spot where to stay and take the sun, watch the sunset... The rooms are large and super clean. They pass tl clean each day. The owners, two wonderful women, are SUPER. They help you in everything and...they cook super well. A part from breakfast, which is included, we had a wonderful dinner. We really push you to go there! We will miss Sunset!

Georgia makes such delicious breakfast (included) and dinner (not included), better than I can get at restaurants! The lobster dinner she made was amazing! She is also helpful in other ways; I wish I had asked her for tour referrals because the 2 operators we used were not good. Side note, stay away from Punu (not affiliated with the hotel) if he approaches you offering tours, he drives around the island looking for customers.

Everything about this stay was great. The owners are very nice and hospitable. The hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable. You get AC, fan, TV, and -yes, hot showers. Dinner that was prepared was delicious. The owners were in communication with me prior to my arrival in order to assure that everything is ready when I get there.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel has beautiful grounds with direct access to the ocean. There are even stairs leading to the water. Nice part of the island. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to our needs. I think this is one of the best budget friendly hotels on the island!!

Beautiful Beach right across the street. Fabulous breakfast and they prepared it early so we could get over to the ferry. First hot water and cold air in awhile so a nice luxury. Helpful and friendly owner/host.
