We had the most wonderful stay at 99 Surflodge. The accommodation is stunning, the food is delicious and the staff is really friendly! The rooms are really comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Owner made sure to give us a comfortable time, got a free upgrade to a seaside room! Coffee and drinking water was free. We had some trouble getting off Ometepe island; the owner helped us out and was very responsive at all times. Wifi was perfect, rooms super clean and location was central

Excellent hotel and great staff. Norwing was an outstanding concierge and made our stay a great experience. Also, the Sunday brunch was a nice offer. The beach is a 6 minute drive, and it's not as full of tourists as other beaches in Nicaragua. Very recommended.

The location at Playa Gigante is a well kept secret, it is close enough but away from more crowded locations to the south and to the north. The people at Gigante are working fishermen mostly with huge smiles, and willing to go out of their way to help. Smiles and greetings guaranteed as they pass you by. No exceptions. Wow. The hotel, is a small operation run by its owner and loyal staff, always on premises. Very secure, very clean, very attractive and representative of the area. I would not consider booking anywhere else when I decide to return, which I most certainly will.

Finally a hotel in Nicaragua that was quiet and relaxing. no noise of music. You can really decompress. The beach was just meters away from my small cottage. You can hear the waves while falling asleep. Other guests behaved civil and there was no heavy drinking or partying. Totally recommended to travelers that are for a relaxing experience where your privacy and tranquility are your main goals.
