Wonderfully clean and location was perfect for getting to Leeuwarden, buses were first class and regular. The hosts were so lovely making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Had all the facilities we needed and have already rebooked for our next stay. A little hidden gem.

Great room super comfy bed. Awesome shower. Quiet, dark once heavy curtains drawn. No TV ! The guest lounge is fantastic- great space, lovely lighting design, comfy furniture. Being able to access the bike store directly from the lobby is great. The self-serve shop is excellent if a little spooky-- I guess there must be video surveillance to stop people stealing??

the room is on the first floor and is very spacious, we got an upgrade as i booked before we got the luxurious room. the hotel is situated next to a busy road, but if you leave the windows shut you wouldn't know! It is on walking distance from the centre(about 15minutes) nothing negative i can think of! We will be staying here again!!
