The Ludiek Eten Slapen is an exceptional hotel. This lovely hotel is situated in a beautiful little town, and we found it to be a real gem. The staff were fantastic, the room amazing and had a beautiful view over the Dutch countryside. The outside tented area was excellent along with the service, from start to finish. Great care is taken in all aspects of this superb hotel. The breakfast is worth the price alone. Tips: - For a lovely evening meal with a good atmosphere, try the Café Restaurant ‘t Knooppunt. It’s a 5 minute walk away. - After your breakfast, a stroll into the village is very much recommended.

The place was clean and nice, and most of all the staff was really nice ! I could chat with some people there and even ended up carpooling with a really nice employee (if you read this I'll be eternally grateful!). The breakfast was also enjoyable and going to the Dicky Woodstock festival from there was pretty easy. In one single word : perfect !

it was a charming former blacksmith shop with the forge and tools still in situ. The host went out of his way for us even taking us to the station. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to stay to visit Giethoorne

This is a very beautiful and well decorated house, with very welcoming hosts. I was really close to the theatre where I was attending an event and, in the mornings, I could simply enjoy the big room, take a coffee, read and study in silence and will all confort. The bed was also very confortable. A great place for those who look for a quiet and comfy stay.
