This B&B was absolutely excellent. It’s located in the centre of Zuidlaren, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. It’s the perfect base for exploring both Drenthe and Groningen, and especially convenient for those walking the Groningen–Zuidlaren or Zuidlaren–Rolde sections of the Pieterpad.

Great location. Didn't mind the bit of noise as it is smack bang in the centre. Nice staff. Very cool decor. Comfy rooms. I would recommend as it is also great value. Will be back soon I hope.

I liked the room , it was spectacular. The breakfast was great and out of this world. The bed and beddings were comfortable with great bedding changes everyday on a daily basis.

You definitely need a car if you want to visit Groningen – the hotel is located in the countryside. The restaurant is comfortably furnished, the menu is extensive, and the service is very friendly. Just be prepared to wait a while before your order is taken.

The hotel was a great surprise.

The hotel was a great surprise. Spacious room with private bathroom, bathtub, minibar and amenities. The restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Quietly located and easily accessible from Groningen city center. Neat balcony room with a (clean) separate bath and shower. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of breakfast, and dinner is also deliciously prepared and professionally served.

The hotel is located about 9 km from the center of Groningen...

The hotel is located about 9 km from the center of Groningen, where we had to go for a concert. Because we could rent e-bikes, this was easy to do. The hotel is excellent with a good breakfast. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

A very good hotel.

A very good hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Excellent breakfast, good restaurant, and competent and friendly staff. Public transport was close by and convenient. The hotel is less well-located for "real" hikers. There are no (except for a short) hiking trails that start from the hotel.

Interior is beautiful…. I would expect a hotel like this to be way more expensive. Super clean. Great food. Flexible, helpful and friendly staff. We were on a late trip and the kitchen would have closed upon arrival. We ordered food in advance and because the restaurant was closed we had the food in our room. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Bed was very comfortable, luxury bathroom. I love the surroundings, a very nice path next door to go for a walk in nature. More than enough parking. Love the fact that I stayed in another building, I don't like busy/crowded places like a regular hotel.
