I particularly loved that they upgraded us to a suite! It was my birthday (although that was a coincidence) so it made the day extra special. I love Nina Simone, and the suite was named after her and inspired by her, so that was another serendipitous and much appreciated touch.

A very nice place to spend at least one week. The air is fresh and you can feel the "vibe of free". It's a good place to spend you time without phone,they have internet but as a couple you will prefer to find the definition of your relationship and to remember how you feel in love of your husband or wife.

Willemstad is a "vestingstad" (a fortified city) with old defensive works and surrounded by water. Walking is the easiest way to get around and nothing is far away. Be it the harbour, the windmill, the old houses or the Maurits house, they are all only a stroll away. Pleasant cafe's and restaurants and different places to stay. Make Willemstad a place to visit or a plcae to stay. This was our second visit and we plan to be back.

Willemstad is a authentic village/city with a beautiful harbor, and some great restaurants situated around the water. Ideal for walks in the old parts with the beautiful church and historical viewpoints to visit.

Great family run hotel in a former bank building. Location was perfect and our hosts could not be more helpful, they did their best to make it a great stay. The room was excellent. It was spacious with a view over the town. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great shower as well as space to sit and enjoy a drink. They sell drinks and snacks at fair prices which was useful as we arrived after 20:00 so most restaurants were no longer serving food.

What a wonderful hotel. We booked at very short notice and arrived later than expected due to traffic. The restaurant was full booked but they found a short window of time for us to be able to dine. Fantastic location for a wander around the small town/port. They also had an out of sight car park (very important to us as we were on a motorcyle).

Really liked the availability of the terrace. The breakfast was very tasty and hearty. The owner of the hotel is incredibly nice and helpful, gave a tour for the kids and showed the animals. There is a lovely small town nearby where you can walk around. Especially nice that even in small things you can see the care for guests.
