Wonderful setting, staff, room and food. Had an evening meal which was superb as was the breakfast. The beds and linen were excellent and the shower warm and powerful. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

We stayed during off season and the reception directed us to a restaurant that was open for dinner and we were delighted we went as it was delicious as well as our breakfast the next day at the hotel. Many options and nice buffet times. The room was warm and cozy, we relaxed really well after a day of travelling with a movie and all :) the place was under renovations but still accessible between car park and floors.

Situated in Valldal, Sylte Hotell, Valldal has a garden, terrace, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Some units at the property have a balcony with a city view.

Beautifully restored traditional old hotel. We had the top floor suite. Very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely wonderful receptionist…couldn’t be more helpful.

I think this is the place with the best host in the whole Geiranger. Local and personal tips, fun facts and advice come for free. The place itself is also very nice and you get a nice walk around when checking-in.

Lovely hotel with soap provided in the room, pool are was lovely and clean although we didn't use it if we'd of had more time would have. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be staying again

Amazing place, beautiful in every detail! Great dinner and breakfast. There is a lovely garden we couldn't use because of rain, but it's so cozy inside, bad weather doesn't matter. Check out the lounge on first floor!
