We had a wonderful stay at this rural hotel and felt very well looked after from the start. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We especially appreciated the help with the sauna, which is not part of the hotel. Since it was our first time, he personally went there in advance to turn it on so it would be ready and working when we arrived, even though he didn’t have to. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

When you get to the Villa Vågå Hotel it’s immediately warm and truly good. Staff who are always friendly and will not pass you by. Will always help. An atmosphere where you invest yourself and the staff loves their work. Beautiful interior, cozy sofas, beautiful color combinations in the decor. Soothing music... Inspiration hotel. A hotel where you feel like at home. I really love Scandinavian style. Everything is organic, high quality and in moderation. At the same time, it remains comfortable and at the same time with style and its rich taste. Very delicious cuisine. What an interesting type of breakfast the hotel offers... Here are the photos below. Thank you for the comfortable beds, for the light in the eyes of the staff, for the fact that everyone is important in this hotel. I'll come back! The "cabin" is more like a small comfy wooden house, very cozy on the inside but roomy too. Everything was as expected or more and the staff communicated to us clearly. The area is stunningly beautiful even when the weather turned cloudy.

Nice and comfortable room with balcony. In very nice historic building. Tasty breakfast included. It is located near road but it is very quiet place for sleeping ! There is a share kitchen too..

i was on my motorcycle and stayed for 4 days useing the hotel as a base to leave my camping gear and stuff ... bacon and egg in the morning was great and the people who run the place were very helpful and kind ,,, i would stay again

Modern, well furnished and comfortable lodges with friendly owners. And the best part: the huskies! There were puppies when we were visiting and we could cuddle with them. We also highly reccommend the carriage ride with the huskies. It was nice to even be involved with harnassing and preparing the carriages.
