Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

This hostel is beautifully situated on the hill , over Hellesylt, with gorgeous view of the fjord's. Parking is by the hostel. There's a kitchen , fully equipped, spacy and with view. We have had a double room with private bath and it had even own entry from the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are kayaks for rent. Fair price-performance ratio.

Everything was great: breakfast, room, service, and the view from the room and the hotel in general is simply incredible.

A special experience, thanks to the host who created unforgettable memories for us. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent menu prepared mostly from ingredients that were picked from the own farm, so it can't be fresher than that. The bed was very comfortable, special nature. The cottage was super. Very comfortable, well equipped, clean and with a wonderful view on the Geirangerfjord. Free parking in front of the cottage. A place to stay!
