I cannot recommend this place enough!! I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is amazing, with a view to the fjord. We rented the sauna - probably one of the most impressive sauna views you will ever get to witness. We had the chance to use the sleds down the hill, which was such a fun experience. Johan was so kind and helped us with everything. He has organised the place perfectly, even providing snow shoes, torches and overall suits. We even caught a glimpse of the aurora at night :)

The cabin is super cute and cosy, and it was the perfect place for us to stop on our road trip. It's well equipped with everything we needed, and the host has clearly paid close attention to details, providing things like reflective jackets and boots in case the guests want to go out in the dark. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

The location was perfect for my needs. Small own room with everything I need. The kitchen/eating/living room was also very cosy. I had the shared restroom and bath the whole time alone for me, this was also very great.

As most of the previous comments did not describe it well I will try to. The place is 1 hour south from Tromso, in rough conditions it is 90 minutes. It is the best choice for anyone that likes the authentic LOG HOUSE building videos on the internet. But not the fancy "it is a log house from the outside and a 5 star hotel inside". It has 6 single beds separated in 2 rooms a small kitchen a big living and dining room plus and entrance hall. Also there is a nice balcony. The showers, toilets and sauna are in a building right next to the parking space you stop when you arrive. That is another wooden building. From that you have to walk upwards like 30 meters to one of the cabins. For someone loves the sauna and cold shock as I do, it is amazing. From the place we could saw Aurora 3 nights out of 4. They were everywhere, no need for any trip. took amazing photos. We got wood for our fireplace, but you should ask for it, keep in mind. There is also electric heating, work good! Easy to get to and to be found, even during bad weather conditions. There is a shop 15 mins on foot far. We had sauna, (make sure to turn it on outside and inside as well) and dipped in the snow and ice - lovely. You can access it by car and has the chance to see moose, reindeers along the way, we did couple of times. The host was very kind supplied us with anything we asked for + advice, we were also invited to a party. And regular weather condition note. You can reach out via Whatsapp, he will reply quickly.

The location was great. We saw the Northern Lights right over the cabin almost every night. The jacuzzi and the fireplace outside were perfect to just sit and watch them.
