Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, Good morning, I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning incident that occurred today at the property we booked through your platform. While opening the shower door during normal use, the glass shower door suddenly detached from its hinge and fell, shattering on the bathroom floor. No unusual force was applied, and the door appeared to come loose on its own. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious harm. We immediately informed the landlord of the incident. I am now reporting this to Booking.com as the issue appears to be related to a maintenance or safety failure, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the condition of the property listed on your platform. Everything was amazing!!! From the welcome to the end

Check-in was very easy. The apartment is designed in a comfortable and cozy way, it is spacious and clean. It is well heated all the time. The windows are very large, facing the fjord and allowing you to see the northern lights perfectly. The kitchen is equipped, there is a large refrigerator and everything you need to prepare meals. Spices are already in the cupboard. There ia a washing machine and it also dries quickly when you hang it on the rack next to the heater. The parking is right next to the house, which is convenient and helpful. The Wi-Fi is strong. You could say that everything worked as it should. We had a great time here. Good value for money. We saw the Northen lights a few times while sitting in the living room and drinking wine, just wonderful!
