A beautiful place to stay in Fauske. It's a flat in the basement of a family house with all the amenities of a flat so you can cook do laundry and the place feels like a proper flat so it's suitable even for longer stays. The hosts were really friendly and they even told us about local events that were happening in the city during our stay. In conclusion it's a really nice place if you want to stay in the area and go to nature or find good spots to see the Aurora's as they are very close to the accomodation.

Clean bedroom, clean shared bathroom (the two basins are handy), nice and big kitchen and living area. Problem with bathroom door and the host came to fix it.

A great place to stay overnight. After making the booking and checking the satellite view, I thought the cabins were located deep in the jungle. But that wasn’t the case. The property is on a large block of land, with the owner’s house at the front and the cabins located safely at the back. It feels secure, and the surroundings offer a very nice view. At first, I was a bit nervous when the owner mentioned that I was the only guest staying that night. I asked if it was safe, and she assured me it was. Once I arrived, I saw that it was indeed safe—very neat, clean, and peaceful. Overall, it turned out to be a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The house has an absolute authentic feel and amazing layout. We were on a wild camping trip through Norway and couldn’t have been happier with the place. Before arrival we were sent detailed information on finding the accommodation and how to gain access, we were also told not to hesitate to ask if we needed anything or if there was any problems but as everything was perfect we didn't need to ask any questions. The location is perfect, the view is perfect, and the accommodation is perfect. It was very clean and well maintained, the windows were the cleanest I've ever seen in any accommodation which opened up the view over the Norwegian sea. It was -5c at night so we all wrapped up with multiple layers and sat out on the comfortable cousions in the large seating area of the decking watching Aurora Borealis every night giving us a great display over the sea and snow covered mountains. The underfloor heating made it a very warm and welcoming place after days and nights out in the sub zero Arctic air. The WiFi was fast and made it easy to upload photos or watch Netflix streamed from our phones to the family room TV. I hope we get chance to return for another winter break, we usually try new places in different countries each year but this place is definitely one to add to favourites and return to in the future.
