They are really accommodating the staff here. They upgraded me to a king suite free of charge when I arrived with a balcony and en suite. There is a roof terrace here with nice views and a good place to chill with a bar and lots of drinks and hookah. They also arranged for airport pickup and the driver was there for me as soon as a stepped off the plane thank you. You will have everything you need here and it's very close to the airport which is good if you need a flight. The staff made it extra special so thank you so much I appreciate that.

Very comforttable hotel. They respond immediately and efficiently to messages. A good spacious room , with a very good shower and comfortable matrass. The service was excellent , always present but not intrusive. There is a nice large swimmingpool. And the monastry is also really beautiful. They arranged for me a sound healing and it was really great. The food menu surprise me with the low prices and the high quality even als the drinks like a cocktail Magarita. Delicious and complete affordable. I spend the last of my two days in Nepal here and I highly recommended it as a way to end my stay in this beautiful country.

Everything. Fantastic hotel. Very clean great food exceptional staff. Big thanks to the lovely young lady in the coffee area making a lovely coffee for me each time. Food and coffee available all day. The beds very comfortable. A great shower. I asked for a quiet area i got a quiet area. I asked for airport pickup a driver and a guide and Nicky promptly arranged it all. Jeto was fantastic very good and has great knowledge. This hotel is, a gem if available book it. Jeto does airport pick up and you get greeted withva big smile and lovely service. Great location and great value for a truly lovely hotel. Basera boutique hotel offer an amazing experience, room service is fast and good, food is amazing, in the nepal restaurant you have some traditional dances to male you feel the vibe and the personal is super froendly!!! Breakfast was for me the best part, after having a good training in the very well equipped gym i ate the most perfect french omelette, accompanied by the well equipped buffet! Very high standarts of french cuisine when we're talking about the eggs for breakfast! thanks for the amazing experience

If you want to be in the center of Kathmandu attraction - Bouddha stupa and at the same time have clean air, quietness and modern clean facilities - that's the place to be. Family style run, attentive staff having time to listen and answer your requests. Quiet lobby and a terrace on the upper floor - great place for work or chatting with guests. Especially surprising was super soft and comfortable bed and conditioner working almost noiselessly, which is rare in Kathmandu. Spotless bathroom with new, shiny fittings, always really hot water - small things, but make you feel really relaxed after a day of scouting in the city or mountains. Was nice to learn that Hotel provides Airport FREE shuttle and can book you a taxi not charging extra for the service.

All staffs are friendly and there to provide any little helps. Check-in and welcome ceremony were impressive. Swimming pool is good size and in a good location, plenty of sitting area in the garden and bar. Also, thanks for fruits basket and cookies. Transport arrangement was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and not expensive.
