- The room service was excellent. The staff very polite, and respectful - A group of guys made a lot of noise and were very loud in the room downstairs. Staying at Hasera has truly been one of the most special experiences of my time in Nepal. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed like family. The warmth, kindness, and hospitality of everyone here made it feel like a second home! The family is incredibly caring and always willing to help or think along with you, making sure you feel comfortable! I stayed here for almost a month, and after traveling, I decided to return for another stay. Coming back to Hasera felt just like coming home again! And the food…it’s so good!! Fresh from the garden!! Would love to come back another time! :)

It was a home away from home environment. Such good vibes and friendly, warm welcoming host family you stay in their home overlooking a giant valley with amazing views towards the Himalayas like Langtang on clear days. Food was delicious especially dal baht! I absolutely loved my room but just a note rooms don’t have ensuite bathroom it’s a shared situation but upstairs and downstairs have bathrooms. Namaste to Bishnu and family I hope to see you again 🙏

It was pleasure to travel to Dhulikhel, Hotel Mount Princess and its service was awesome… Delicious food.. I swear i found it very delicious and healthy… Staff behaviour is also good… I have booked normal room but the owner told me that the rooms are not full so they offer me to take the luxury room at same price… Overall experience awesome… I will suggest my frnds also to stay in this Hotel only. Love to visit here next time also.

Lovely vibe with an amazing family running their own hotel stay. Kind and considerate extra touches. Helped us navigate our connections with local bus hops back to Boudinath. Super helpful! Relaxing atmosphere, great roof terrace with views. Delicious homemade food. Seriously delicious! Clean comfortable rooms and a chance to hear about local charity that supports local villages to access clean water supplies. 20 minutes easy walk to the Monastery.

The hotel is very good, and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious, and the choices are wide. One thing that might bother is the low temperature in the room at night. During winter, the AC is used as a heater.

There's a great mountain view in our room. The room is clean and spacious. The owner provided us transportation going to zipline and then back to the hotel. The hotel looks nice and clean. Breakfast was average.
