My entire stay was comfortable and secure. I was initially concerned about cleanliness and food, but both exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even lend us umbrella when it rains. They never forget to tidy the room daily. The daily breakfast was great. The location is terrific. It is close to souvenir shops, restaurants and bars, stores and Chayya Center.

Such friendly and helpful hotel staff! They helped me check and call my tourist bus to make sure I had the right location and when they found out I was leaving early, the opened the breakfast dining room an hour early to make me something to eat. Also hot showers!! Which I was told is rare in Nepal so HUGE win for that especially in Autumn.
