1 The service is unbeatable. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and working. 2. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything a traveler would need. Our room faced had a garden view and was very quiet. Again, spacious. 3. There are laundry facilities in the car park equipped with very good machines. 4. Both the breakfast and the happy hour were generous and thoughtfully executed. 5. The location was very convenient but not in the noisy East side of Queenstown.

We were captivated by the stunning scenery and the warm, welcoming locals. The Shotover River jet boat adventure was an absolute thrill, and the Skyline gondola, lunch and Luge was a fantastic experience—just be sure to book in advance! The drives to Glenorchy and Wanaka were both straightforward, with breathtaking views along the way. However, parking in the city proved to be a bit of a challenge, and the parking meters weren’t the most economically friendly. The Million Dollar Cruise was another highlight, offering a unique and picturesque perspective of the lake.

We stayed 2 nights and went on the gondola and did the luge, which my boys aged 10 and 14 loved. It was lovely walking around the town centre by the lake. If we had another day, we probably would have gone for the TSS Earnshaw and Walter Peak Farm tour. One of my boys said Queenstown was his favourite place on our South Island road trip.

Went on jet boats - exhilarating.

Went on jet boats - exhilarating. Went on cable car and luge - super brilliant with great views - long uphill to further views. Lots of places to eat and drink. Nice walk along the shore where can also cycle. Parking here is horrendous. Lots of ANPR car parks. Some free parking on Park Street.

Stunning scenery! Great places to eat out!

Stunning scenery! Great places to eat out! Gondola views incredible! I'd recommend doing the Miller Road 'make your own perfume' opportunity. Perfect on a wet day! Ayrburn Winery and gardens are an absolute must! Great eateries there also. So many things to do outdoors! A trip to Glenorchy is very special!

There is a lot to do in Queenstown.

There is a lot to do in Queenstown. A new hot pool just opened called Bathe by Aluume. It has a carpark right opposite it at the base of the gondola. Private warm tub in the open air surrounded by trees - very nice. You can have a game of mini-golf right next door. Cookie Time has a 2 for 1 deal every evening, recommend the Earnslaw or catamaran to Walter Peak Station - the buffet is outstanding. Gondola and luge are good and a walk up Queenstown Hill for free. Just walking around the lake at leisure is good. So is a walk in Queenstown Gardens. (Free). And try the dulche de leche icecream at Patagonia. If you want healthy cafe food during the day (they close around 3pm) go to Vudu. Fabulous!

These apartments are so well located. You can leave you car and walk easily into the centre of Queenstown, but they are far enough away from the noise of the town/nightlife. The apartment is more like a townhouse with bedrooms on upper and lower levels and a very spacious kitchen and separate living area. The apartment was very clean and had lots of facilities, including bathrooms for every bedroom. There is also a nice balcony at the back of the apartment looking over a little stream and up to the mountains.

The location of the hotel is very central to the main town - less than a 5 minute walk in which makes it super easy to roam freely and even have a drink or two and not have to worry about driving. The hotel staff are second to none (especially Julian) and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The extra facilities also provided such as E-Bikes were a great addition to our original plans as we used them to explore Queenstown.

Good location a bit outside of Queenstown centre. Plenty of on site parking. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Nice tea and coffee provided in room (pukka and nespresso). Large terraced area and they do give you plenty of nice, large towels. We didn’t go to the restaurant or have breakfast, but the view from the hotel lobby was beautiful.

Large room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom (and shower). Friendly, welcoming check-in staff, and the complimentary wine tasting on arrival was a nice touch. We were able to walk into central Queenstown, although it's a bit of a hill on the way back to the hotel (but you can always take the shuttle bus)

It was something cheap and central, which is rare in Queenstown.. relatively transient movement with no real meaningfully exchanges other than to talk about places visited... and not much location for that, or at least i didn't know about one.
