We loved Queestown, we were very lucky to see snow fall early hours of the morning from the comfort of our bed. We went in the gondola and when we got to the top we were lucky again to have the snow fall on us. One word for Queenstown... breath taking!

Definitely not a place to go to during holiday season.

Definitely not a place to go to during holiday season. Thousands of visitors all vying for the tourist attractions, insufficient parking provided if one is lucky to find a space and then time is limited to 30 minutes to one hour, insufficient to do most things. The gondola had a precarious crossover considered unsafe for the massive numbers crossing it at one time. Best just to cruise by car along the seashore very pretty. If wanting to go on the river cruises, etc., which will be massively full of people it would be best to take a taxi from hotel or where one is staying.

Amazing beautiful place. Need lots of money to spend and enjoy each day! Will definitely be going back there. 😍 Loved the Luge. Stunning view at the top even if you don’t ride the luge you can walk to the summit. So beautiful, want to try the Hilton Spa there also.

These apartments are so well located. You can leave you car and walk easily into the centre of Queenstown, but they are far enough away from the noise of the town/nightlife. The apartment is more like a townhouse with bedrooms on upper and lower levels and a very spacious kitchen and separate living area. The apartment was very clean and had lots of facilities, including bathrooms for every bedroom. There is also a nice balcony at the back of the apartment looking over a little stream and up to the mountains.

Hotel is not in the centre of Queenstown but there is a walkway over the road that leads directly into queenstown which we quite liked. Rooms were beautiful, very comfortable and we had a lovely 4 night stay at the end of 2 very busy weeks touring North and South island.

Hotel was right in the heart of Queenstown. The Lakeview Room had a great view of the lake and mountains. The majority of the staff from check-in to housekeeping were really friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food, both breakfasts and dinner were great.

The location on Esplanade was only a short walk along the lake side from the centre of Queenstown. The hotel facilities were good and the reception staff outstandingly helpful.
