We were a group of 8. We stayed in the villa for one night and everything was perfect. Cleanliness, comfort, relaxation, everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need. The view was stunning, just steps from the sea. Check-in and check-out were quick and the staff was very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi on the top floor are perfect for a relaxing moment.

New modern and clean hotel near the Bimmah sink hole. Its 15min drive from Wadi Shab and 50 min from Sur. Great staff and service. You can pay by card even if the details said cash only. Parking is always available. Clean rooms and great swimming facilities. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Restaurant had amazing and delicious food! Chef Hamdi and Khaled took all our requests with care 😊. The place deserves a 4 stars rating rather than 3. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

My room was spacious and comfortable. My room was on the top floor. I was sharing the kitchen, balcony and the living room with two other rooms, but it was still comfortable. The sea facing views are amazing.

It is just great place with perfect location, views ( sunrise, sea, wadi shab mountains), not far away from Sur and about 1,20 hour to Muscat. Host and his dog Lilly :))) very hospitable, open minded, attentive, ready to help and advice. We stayed here for 3 nights, but its really good place to stay here longer.
