Fantastic property right on the sea front. You can head the waves from the outside area. The property is beautifully decorated and furnished. Modern amenities. The host was outstanding, he answered every question I had and made fantastic recommendations for places to eat, he was so helpful. The property is 20 minutes drive from wadi shab which make it an excellent stopping point for this. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Villa, the decoration and all the details are beautiful. Everything made with love. Also the staff is very helpful and lovely. We definitely will come back.

Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!

Fantastic place, spacious room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, phenomenal balcony to watch the sunrise. Comfy communal area to meet other travelers (has fridge, tea, kitchen etc) Strong wifi and clear&responsive communication. I booked last minute, and everything worked out great. It was easy to find, staff was on point and helpful. Parking spaces in front of the door. The location is brilliant. 6 minutes walk to the beginning of the Wadi Shab trail. (I went at 6am and got back by 9:30 - enough time for a shower to head on daisy fresh)

The room is spacious and has everything you need. The whole house was very clean and looked new. There is also a big kitchen. Nasser was a very friendly and helpful host.

The hotel is luxurious for the place it is situated. Its a modern house with pool, three floors of apartments, nicely decorated and furnished, clean and so on. But this on its own is normal so to say and doesn't mean a 10/10. What makes this a 10/10 is the lovely receptionist guy. First of all we had some issues during the day and were going to be late for check in, we arrived at 8:30pm. The guy stayed extra in order to let us check in. Then he offered us to go to the nearby restaurant and he would pick us up dinner if we were hungry (he offered it for breakfast too). He made sure we had everything we need - coffee, tea, water, medicine (as we were also sneezing a bit) so an amazing friendly guy. The next day we checked out and went to do Wadi Tiwi (which I recommend and was the reason we stayed in the area) and not only did he let us leave the car in the parking there, but also after we came back from the Wadi and had already checked out, he let us take a hot shower and change our clothes. If his boss reads this review, your receptionist guy is amazing !

I absolutely loved this place for several reasons. First of all, I was extremely well welcomed by Santhosh, who is incredibly friendly and genuinely kind. He is always available if you have any questions, and you can really feel that he is there for the guests. The property is very clean and well maintained. My room and bathroom were spotless. The value for money is unbeatable. In addition, the location is excellent (about a 7-minute drive from Wadi Shab), and there is a parking area where you can park safely. If you want to cook or make yourself a coffee, the property also provides a kitchen that guests can use. The place also has a children's play area and a nice swimming pool. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful house, very good location - 2 minutes drive from Wadi Shab. Breakfast was plentiful with a great view to the sea.

We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!
