Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The property was super clean, all the staff in the hotel were really nice and friendly and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel!
