Our deluxe room with lake view was excellent. Spacious, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and kept spotlessly clean. The view was exceptional. The friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The manager went the extra mile by purchasing a piece of camera equipment that I'd forgotten to bring. A special mention to Hector the resident bird watching guide. I had an excellent morning with him on the lake.

Monkey lodge is a real gem - the family who run it are wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The setting is incredible. They organised transfers for us, and we paid extra for a boat tour where we got to hand feed monkeys - a once in a lifetime experience.

The location was fabulous and the view was just magic,with a very nice swimming pool area.The room was spacious and very comfortable, the restaurant offered delicious panamean food with a friendly service. Fun activities were available and the manager of the hotel was always available to help, advise and was very professional. We loved our stay, it was like being away from the rest of the world for a few days, an ideal place to disconnect with the city but to connect with nature and enjoy the beauty of it.

Andres and his family were absolutely the most generous and kind humans. Wanting to connect and truly make travellers feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner space! Truly, spotless. And the bed was like Heaven and so were the sheets!! Sleep was amazing and safe and secure.

Fantastic room and beautiful decor and view, the staff were incredibly accommodating, professional and helpful in every way possible. They upgraded us because we were on honeymoon and even gave us a breakfast package before going to San Blas. I just wish we had stayed here longer but we will be back for sure to this hotel - I cannot recommend it enough!
