Cozy, clean place with great, kind staff. Location in the very centre of town, in nice and safe place. Extraordinary breakfasts. Staff was ready to provide almost full consierge services. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is very well located, in the historic center, just a few meters from the main square (Plaza de Armas). We stayed in two different rooms at Cooper Hotel. The Deluxe Room is very good, clean, and pleasant, with a balcony facing the street. Everything was working well in the room, and we didn’t miss anything. However, the Queen Room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and it didn’t have any windows to the outside of the building. I would suggest staying in the Deluxe Room. The hotel's common facilities are excellent, offering water and tea 24 hours a day. The breakfast is fantastic (the best we had during our entire trip to Peru). In addition to the food being super fresh, the staff who prepare the meals are extremely kind and attentive. The receptionists, especially Corina, are outstanding! They are very efficient and solved every issue we brought to them. They also gave us excellent tips and always tried to help us in the best way possible. Conclusion: Definitely worth the investment. Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, and excellent breakfast.

My stay at Antigua Casona in Cusco was simply fantastic. From the smooth check-in process to the incredibly delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. The room was charming and cozy, and given how cold Cusco gets in the evenings, they brought me a hot water bottle and a special nighttime tea to help me sleep better. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, and the boutique style of the hotel added to the overall charm. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would love to return.

Service the English speaking staff provided was outstanding. Breakfast was included and good. Hot, strong shower. Laundry service next door. Place was very safe. Location is a 3-4 block walk to major squares. Central market is a 5 min walk.
