We loved both of our stays at Las Palmeras (once before hiking in the Colca Canyon and again after the hike). The family and staff are so kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags whilst we hiked, gave us helpful information on transport and supplied us with coffee and hot water. The breakfast is delicious, the garden space and rooftop area is a haven to relax in and the rooms (with towels supplied) are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Super nice, almost luxury like stay. One of the better hotels we’ve had in South America. Nice garden and common areas, hot shower, and close to the Colca Canyon trailheads. Tasty breakfast!

Very nice room, spacious and clean. The host was very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there while trekking and they let us have a free shower on the way back. Really appreciated that! Breakfast was very nice and there was tea available all day long!

Really comfortable and clean beds, the manager was really friendly and helped us when necessary (we even finished our hike from Sangalle and got to check in a little early to shower. We also could leave our bags for the night whilst we did the trek. They offered tea in the evenings when we went up to watch the sunset as well - very homely!

Pachamama is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Cabanaconde! The property is super clean, and everything is very well organized. The staff are incredibly helpful and provide all the information you need to explore the Colca Canyon, making your visit hassle-free. it’s such a lovely place that we were completely surprised by it. beautiful garden, obviously well taken care of by Gloria and her husband; nice bedroom, big and clean, with a pretty modern bathroom; diner was just so good, they even have vegetarian choices! if you arrive by day, you can even have a hot shower! (they use solar panel) and both sunset and sunrise view, breath-taking !! 1000% recommend!

Amazing hostel, did not expect this level of luxury so deep in the canyon. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and modern. Staff, which seem to consist of family members, are pleasant and helpful. Food is delicious

We were his first guest 🎉 Though they need to finish some details, on which are working on really fast, we had a beautifull, cousy bad, hot shower and a really aboundant breakfast, on a splendit terrace, that is looking on the main square, where you can also see the sunrise. Alex is also a guide of colca canyon, and he explaind us the best route, that we could than do without a guide and the treck was amazing. (Also they kept some of our stuff for the hike) Couldn't ask for more. Mucha suerte Lonko
