They gave me a room at floor 9 with great views. The breakfast buffet at floor 11 is very good and so are the sunsets that you can enjoy from floor 11. It’s a commercial hotel but still the staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel and the staff made that I extended my stay for one more day.

The staff was excellent, everyone took such a good care of us, check in and check out were done perfectly, the pick-up from the airport is well organised, the breakfast was excellent. The Internet connection was also reliable. The location was amazing. Recommendations from the hotels regarding organised tours to Chan Chan, Moon Temple and El Brujo, was really valuable, we have fantastic guided tours thanks to the hotel recommendation. Also restaurant that hotel staff recommended were top notch. We really enjoyed our stay.

My bus arrived at 4:30am. I arrived at 4:50am, and was allowed to check in early - and was even given breakfast despite getting an early check-in rate and not being charged for the full night. If the staff of TruGarden read this - I am immensely grateful for how you helped me with this.
