I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and in a central area of the city making it easy to visit the many sites in Cusco. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, made to order with lots of variety.

We had an amazing stay here. This was probably our favourite experience at a hotel in Peru. The location is amazing, just far enough out that it’s nice and quiet but close enough to walk anywhere in ten minutes. The breakfast was so yummy (highly recommend their freshly made fruit salad) and the staff were always so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone coming to Cusco.

great place and people. we went from sept 16th to sept 22nd. the weather was very good. very accommodating with anything we needed help with or requested. breakfast was delicious and fresh with bread, fruit, some meats, coffee, lots of tea options, not like those cheap breakfasts in the US. we were able to upgrade our room for a good price. toilet. they let us do and early and late checkout. there's no microwave but they heated up our leftovers, ordered pizza for us. made cappuccinos for us. friend

we have stayed here 3 times and always been very satisfied. Our favourite hostel in South America so far. Great service and welcoming staff, clean rooms, great comfortable beds, hot showers with good pressure and a delicious breakfast every morning! The staff are very attentive and you can ask for a take away breakfast if leaving early too.
