The staff was really great! Super friendly and helpful. Really cozy hotel. Not just the room but there are hangout areas outside the rooms that are very nice to sit in and have a cup of tea. Close to everything in Cusco. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. If you are going out early you can get a breakfast to go in a bag. Good AC. Good wifi.

The best hotel in Cusco, is hands down, Antigua Casona. It is situated in the best area of Cusco, in the amazing old town centre, near to great spots for enjoying Peruvian cuisine. The hotel itself offers great dining opportunities in its lovely restaurant. Staff was amazing but what really blew our minds was the rooms, that offered luxury and modern notes while keeping the Peruvian style at its best. Great job, its not by luck the most wanted hotel in the area.

Staff were amazing and it was especially helpful most knew english too!. We had an early start for a day tiur and they had a breakfast bag ready for us at 4am for on the road! Our room was also spotlessly cleaned every day - we were amazed! We loved our stay here! Thank you so much.

Quality meets the price. As written previously, location is superfine, very close to the Plaza de Armas and other attractions. I have to greet the staff especialy Jair, Rodrigo and housekeeping. I was very satisfied with size and location of the room. Clean towels and bed sheets every day. Breakfast is nice also, six different choices, juices, coffee and coca-muna tea, which was really helpful. Also, there is laundry available. I was travelling alone this time and I felt pretty safe coming back to the hotel at night by walk. Next time I will choose same place to stay!

great place and people. we went from sept 16th to sept 22nd. the weather was very good. very accommodating with anything we needed help with or requested. breakfast was delicious and fresh with bread, fruit, some meats, coffee, lots of tea options, not like those cheap breakfasts in the US. we were able to upgrade our room for a good price. toilet. they let us do and early and late checkout. there's no microwave but they heated up our leftovers, ordered pizza for us. made cappuccinos for us. friend
