I really liked the location of the property, close to the city center. The breakfast was generous and healthy, and the hosts were amazing — they even gave us a souvenir llama gift at the end of our stay. The room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated.

All the hotel staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. A beautiful hotel with great facilities, very clean, and best breakfast we’ve had so far. They even accommodated us to have a very late check out and organised a taxi for us to take us to the night bus. 100% would come back here, if for the service alone.

Everything. The staff was so kind. You could ask everything to them. Athenas in the bar and Sarita at the reception were so nice and friendly! Also the food is the best I have eaten in Cusco. The laundry service is really cheap and you get your clothes back quickly!

Service the English speaking staff provided was outstanding. Breakfast was included and good. Hot, strong shower. Laundry service next door. Place was very safe. Location is a 3-4 block walk to major squares. Central market is a 5 min walk.
