We stay around one week at this hotel, cause of a Typhoon season.. Everything was perfect. The staff, the hotel services and the very generous restaurant. you find everything on site when you are blocked by torrential rain. We recommend this hotel

While being stuck in Coron due to a Tyhpoon we stayed in Charms hostel. The hospitality of the charms hotel crew was incredible and they did everything they could to improve our stay. They even supplied us with fresh baked goods when our flight was cancelled and we returned to the hotel once again. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel upgraded our room on arrival as the hotel was quite and the staff were really friendly and polite! The room was big and clean and the location was great, also a roof top bar with sun loungers and amazing view even had a sweet dog on the property who was super friendly

very tasty breakfast, very nice pool, drinks, etc. We had the best sleep in 3 weeks of our holiday, quiet room and we didn’t have to use aircon to breathe all night normally :)
