I stayed for a few days at the Grand Hyatt BGC in Manila and the experience was excellent in every respect. Our corner room on the 52nd floor offered a breathtaking view of Manila Bay. The staff were always kind, attentive, and professional. The swimming pool, gym, and spa are well-maintained, spotless, and orderly. The elegance of the hotel is enhanced by the presence of fresh orchids throughout the property. The hotel’s restaurants are truly top-tier in gastronomy, offering both exceptional food quality and outstanding service for a memorable dining experience. A stay I highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable hospitality.

Everything was perfect, from the area of the accommodation to the extremely friendly staff. The fact that they allowed us early check in and during checkout we could leave our luggage here to pick them up later . This booking was a nice experience! The room was impeccably clean, modern, spacious and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the city. There were appliances like tv, induction stove, microwave, and fridge. The Kitchen is high-end and well equipped. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to a mall, convenient stores, and some food shops so it was really convenient for us. The hotel's amenities including the pool was clean and refreshing. Also, the staff was accomodating and very professional. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
