Masayahin was a beautiful property to stay at. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the views were incredible, the pool was nice, and the owners and staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as we could be at several different waterfalls or see the whale sharks within a half hour and still have time to come back, chill, and go out again for another activity. We were lucky enough to come during low-season and have the place ourselves and get to know the owners and the area more. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here as part of my waterfall chasing trip that started from Moalboal. This amazing beachfront property is a good base if you want to visit the falls further down south of Cebu. The owner was kind and helpful. He gave us advise on where to eat, how to get to the falls, what fees to pay (and what can be negotiated haha). You can also rent a motorbike from them!

The location is very good . Our car can park inside the compound. The view is fantastic. food is good. We are very lucky the owner, Marilyn was there we finally met . She also sees to it that the guests / us are comfortable in their place. The staff are helpful. It is also pet friendly.

We really love the homey feel of this villa, being it a luxury place, it is still very homey for our family. Many things to do, very little time. We suggest a minimum of 2nights stay will be good enough to really enjoy the space, the beach, the stress free living we all dream to have on a daily basis. I like that you can hire a butler/buttress to stay in the villa at all times to watch our children and help prepare meals, it was truly relaxing. They can book for a private chef and massages for you as well but we didn’t get the chance since we only stayed 1 night. Highly recommended and we will come back for sure.
