It was fabulous. I had a large room which was immaculate, crisp cotton sheets, comfortable bed & great shower. The spa was an added bonus. Coffee was available in reception at any time. The best part of my stay was that I was looked after so well by the lovely manager/receptionist ( I'm sorry if I don't know your name) Everything was explained in detail with the help of Google Translate as I have no Polish and she arranged for pizza delivery as I was too late for the restaurant. She allowed me to leave my bike in a safe place. Thank you so much for your help and your company over supper.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Our room was big, comfortable and clean, there is free private parking, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. It is an insanely good hotel for such a low price. The older gentleman who prepared us breakfast (I assume he is the owner), even encouraged us to make sandwiches out of the food that we couldn't eat at the table. He made extra effort to communicate with us via google translate, as he didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Polish. A truly 10/10 experience. I wish that every hotel was like Hotel Havana!

Fabulous luxury decor and wonderfully perfumed reception area. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, especially the spectacular Molecular Ice Cream 😁. Lovely staff and great service.

The rooms are small but very clean. Cosy, everything worked perfectly, the rooms contained all the necessary things: teapot area, water, towels, soap, shower gell etc. The staff was very helpfull too. Breakfast was good. Dinner was fixed for the day: soup, main course and a drink any extras for an additional pay. The day we left it was early so we asked for breakfast to take out and the kitchen staff prepared us a very nice packet of food, thank you!!!
