I have to say from the time we walked in we where greeted by Mateusz really nice guy to be honest 5 stars for him showed us the room great local knowledge showed us all stuff in the room where dinner and breakfast was to served even asked did we need anything else for the room swimming pools Spa rooms really really nice Hotel very pleasant Staff all round well done Mateusz is really friendly and has plenty of local knowledge so don't be shy and ask :):):):)

The staff are always super friendly and try really hard to make your stay as a foreign traveller a little easier. Due to my train being delayed, I was very late but the staff still made me feel very welcome
