Everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice enough to provide some gluten free bread and waffles (I had asked in advance, not sure if they would have this regularly!). Also loved the railway-inspired design. Will definitely go back to Apartamentowiec Kuźniar on my next trip to Kostrzyn.

I was surprised with the Fortress that is available for...

I was surprised with the Fortress that is available for exploring and this requires full day which we didn't have. There is potential in the area to see a lot of history remains in both sides of border. There is interesting Railroad station with tracks on two levels.

I needed a hotel because the train connections to Berlin were disrupted, it was late, and I needed wifi for a morning zoom meeting. Since this place was the dearest in town, I thought it would have reliable wifi, which it did. But......despite it being modern and luxurious in the room - the whole visit left a sour taste due to staff.

I'm used to stay in Bastion, maybe 15 times. Good point is that, as far as I know, Bastion is the only "acceptable" hotel in Kostrzyn, where I own a company. Location very near German border is interesting. Rooms are also "acceptable", but not so much more. I still see no any renovation plan...

Practical and cheep accomodation for cyclist who don't need high 5 starts hotel. There is small bakery shop with very nice lady ;) in the street - good for breakfast and also train station is about 200m far. P*
