This was our first time at this hotel. The hotel is very quiet, clean, in a perfect location near the spa promenade. Lunches and dinners served in the form of buffets are excellent, the food is very tasty and constantly replenished. The hotel staff - receptionist, maids and restaurant staff are very nice, helpful, caring and meticulous. Parking is in a closed hotel parking lot. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable. The wellness area is right in the hotel, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come again for a longer stay.

Amazing buffet meals and fabulous service in the kitchen! (It forced me to reconsider my opinion about Polish cuisine!) Nice Skywalk and quite a chip (compared with the similar Skywalks in the Czech Republic) A lot of opportunities to walk and check out nice suedette architecture in most of the buildings in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój Small but very nice aquapark

Location it’s great, up the hill, very close to the town center. Hotel is very good looking, elegant. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Private sauna is great. Staff was very helpful. Best thing is that, this hotel is truly pets friendly - almost every part is accessible with dogs.
