We had a great stay at Sami's guest house. The room was spacious and everything was clean. The shared kitchen also had tea and coffee which we could grab at any time and Sami said we should make ourselves at home as much as possible. We could text him at any time for recommendations or if we felt unsafe and he would be there in minutes (nablus is relatively safe, don't let it scare you, but at night it might be better to not walk around alone). This guest house really made our stay unforgettable. Sami showed us around, brought us to a great knafeh place, and told us about the city. After that Sami took us to his family, with whom we had a big Friday afternoon lunch, coffee, shisha and more. The hospitality was amazing, afterwards Sami even played Arabic music at his mother's home where we stayed for a few hours talking to them and there was even some singing and dancing. We heard that he did this more often with his guests. Everything was included in the price, Sami even refused our tip. Overall we had an amazing stay, we could keep our luggage at the guesthouse the whole day of check out as well and we had a great weekend here. Highly recommend! Thank you again for everything Sami :)

It’s in a nice quiet area. 5 mins walk into old town. Just around the corner from a super market. Aboud was great with communication. The instructions were clear, precise and easy to understand! There was clean towels made available which were a great help!

It's a tough city.

It's a tough city. The reason to go there is to learn about the Palestinian situation. I stayed in the Old City, which is full of posters featuring local martyrs (who mostly are from this area). Be prepared—this is not like Ramallah or Bethlehem. There's tension.
