I also walked this route in the evening alone and it was safe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast, and the staff was very welcoming.

The staff at Dar al Mague are so kind and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant during a time when there are no visitors in Bethlehem. The breakfast was enormous and incredible. The rooms are big and comfortable. This is a family owned and operated establishment that I highly recommend.
