Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the homes of the three children. This was an incredible experience!
It made the Fatima experience real for us, as the homes and neighborhood are preserved as they were when the children lived there. The houses are full of memorobilia of the family.

Fatima is a must-do trip, especially if you are a Christian.
Fatima is a must-do trip, especially if you are a Christian. You can feel and experience the sanctity of the Sanctuary. Even though it can get quite crowded, you feel the spirit and the positive energy that everyone brings with them, and it does not feel like a crowded tourist place at all.
People are kind and helfpul. A couple of days is enough to cover all the sites, and spend time for prayer and reflection.

I loved Fatima.
I loved Fatima.
The candlelight procession was especially moving and spiritually fulfilling! We attended the English mass at the sanctuary and said a rosary in several languages with thousands of others, from all over the world, simply connected in prayer - a truly moving and wonderful experience.
Also, the locals here are some of the friendliest people in Portugal. A great big shout out to the staff at the Grutas da Moeda gift shop and Hotel Estrela. Thank you for adding value to our stop in Fatima!

The location was perfect for us.
The location was perfect for us. Breakfast was worth the price. Had a restaurant if you needed a hot meal on the premises. Close to an Aldi as well as a coin laundromat.
We walked to all the places we visited like Aljustrel and places where the children of Fatima lived.

yes, took a train ride to see the place / house where Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta lived.

The main things to do in Fatima are gong to the Shrine and Stations of the Cross walking path. The Shrine holds a Pilgrim's Rosary every night at 9pm which is very impressive, hundreds if not thousands attend this candlelight service. The walking path is beautiful and a great outdoor experience also nearby. Very interesting even if one is not religious, but definitely inspiring for those who are.

We liked the very elegant rooms. We also liked that it was walking distance from the Shrine of the Virgin Mary of Fatima and that we could go there in the morning and also in the evening by foot. We found very convenient to have free parking space in the hotel's car park and we also had the opportunity to eat dinner in the hotel without pre-booking it. Great place, very quiet and very clean - and there is also a little supermarket right in front of the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful.

Super easy to get to the property. The host is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly and kind. Everything in the property is new. Only 4 minutes walk to the sanctuary. Property is very clean. We have been to Fatima many times but this is the best accommodation ever. This apartment is super clean and fully equipped. We will definitely stay again whenever we visit Fatima as long as its available.

Amazing hotel (which is right next to the Fatima Shrine), excellent prices, great food, very helpful and friendly staff, and inside the hotel are 2 incredibly beautiful Catholic Chapels (1 Latin rite, 1 Byzantine) - well worth visiting these! I would strongly recommend and I plan to return here on a future pilgrimage
