This is a brand new hotel so there are a few tiny details not yet complete - but this is very forgivable as everything has been finished to a high standard. The owner, manager and staff are all charming and put themselves out to make our stay an absolute pleasure. Cannot praise enough!!

My Dad and I arrived and were greeted by the friendly hotel staff. We were impressed by the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. The room was large and accommodating. We ate lunch in the dining room and the food was delicious and service was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. One of the staff members called and reserved a winery tour for us. Great staff! The only regret we had was that we wished we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful property situated in a quaint town. The staff was very helpful in directing us to wonderful restaurants within the town and provided a detailed explanation of points of interest throughout Serra de Estrela. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view, and in warmer weather, the pool would have been absolutely fabulous. The accommodation was wonderful, the breakfast spread beyond expectations, and the staff incredibly friendly. Highly recommend.

We liked everything. The home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and our hosts were amazing. So kind and thoughtful and very helpful. Was a little tricky to find, but once we made it there, well-worth it! It's a quiet, peaceful place that really feels like a mountain retreat. Rooms were large and cozy, and ours had an amazing view through a large, single-paned window. Sergio was an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He's a gem!
