We were able to eat breakfast until 10 o'clock, and although we were a little late, we were able to eat breakfast late thanks to the friendly consideration of the staff. Every single staff member is friendly.

First of all, the management pays attention to reviews and I found everyone very responsive and helpful! Xé was fantastic and team members were great! We found the food at the buffet fresh and varied, with lots of vegetables for those not wanting to eat much meat, though there were several meat and fish options. Fish was often very tasty, great desserts, nice breakfast options and this is why I feel the value for the money was very good, also because spa was included :-)

Staff are incredibly friendly and patient and the meal solutions are very flexible, you can basically eat when you want. The common areas are as cozy and welcoming as your own living room. Perfect spot after a long days hike. We called up front to reserve a parking spot and drove directly to the cottage. But going with the shuttle, would probably be just as easy. If you need anything, call and they will help you. E-maling is not working as well.

The place is ok, but the artificial smell was overwhelming.

The place is ok, but the artificial smell was overwhelming. For sure we have left our usb car charger in the room. The host allowed us to check if it was there, but obviously it was removed while the room was being cleaned. So we didnt get it back, while host was pretending it wasn't there in the first place or it was taken by other people. I found it very disappointing.
